This acts as a gentle “starting ritual” before you dive into deeper self-exploration.
6. The 36-question test – Discover your personality type
This is the most important step when starting with Jungji. The 36-question test helps the system understand how you think, react, and interact both at work and in daily life.
The questions relate to:
• Your response to pressure
• Whether you lean toward logic or emotion
• Your working pace: fast and proactive, or slow and steady
• Whether you are introverted or extroverted
• Conflict-resolution style
• Whether you easily adapt or prefer stability
• Whether you need clear structure or prefer flexibility
• Your sensitivity to stress
• Your level of proactiveness at work
• How you work with others
All questions are in the form of choosing between two options (A or B), allowing you to answer quickly and instinctively.

You simply continue choosing answers for each question until you complete all 36. During the process, Jungji will display a progress screen (18/36) so you can easily track how many questions remain.

7. Receive your result: Your personality type
After finishing the 36 questions, click Continue to go to the “Your Result” page, where Jungji analyzes and presents your personality type.
Here, Jungji displays your personality analysis, which includes:
• Personality type (e.g., Stoic)
This is your main personality type based on the test.
• Descriptive keywords
Jungji displays several short keywords to help you quickly recognize the defining characteristics of your personality type.
• Overview
This section summarizes how you operate in life and work: your behavioral tendencies, key strengths, and how your traits influence social interactions.
• Detailed analysis (3 main categories):
◦ Personality Exploration: A deeper analysis of your thinking patterns, strengths, vulnerabilities, and decision-making style.
◦ Needs: Your psychological needs and the environments required for you to function well, feel safe, and stay motivated.
◦ Stress factors: The elements that easily cause you stress or imbalance.
You can tap each category to view a more detailed explanation.

Scrolling down, you will see the section “How Jungji helps you balance”, which includes:
• Areas where you easily become unbalanced
• Advice tailored to your personality type
• Recommended mindsets for you to apply
• Practical actions to help you improve wellbeing
This section helps you understand how to use your personality traits effectively and healthily.

After reviewing your personality results, click Start Now, and the app will take you to the “Check your burnout level” section to assess your current level of exhaustion.
8. Burnout Assessment (Burnout Test)
After viewing your personality results, Jungji will suggest that you take an additional assessment to measure your burnout level (emotional and mental exhaustion).

How to begin the test
• Press Start Now
• Then choose Take the test!
The test consists of 20 questions focusing on factors related to your daily mental health, such as:
• Your current energy level
• How tired you feel at the start of the day
• Your level of exhaustion while working
• The level of stress you are experiencing
• Your ability to concentrate
• Your work motivation

Your Burnout Test results will include:
• Burnout Score (e.g., 58/100)
• Explanation of what your burnout level means
• Comments on your current emotional and energy state
• Recommendations to help you improve wellbeing and reduce burnout risk

• Surprise Me (Choose cards / Read Diary)
This section helps you explore your emotions and subconscious through metaphorical cards:
◦ Choose cards -> pick a metaphorical card and write your reflections
◦ Read Diary -> revisit the entries you have written
(This is a shortcut to the Secrets of Stress feature in the Get Rid of Stress program)
• Chat with Jungji (AI Coach)
You can chat with the AI about stress, teamwork, emotions, goals, or any issues you face during the day.

Aside from the main programs, Jungji may also provide Today’s Challenge, for example:

2. Get Rid of Stress
This program helps you:
• Reduce stress
• Turn stress into inspiration
• Build emotional resilience
The main interface of the “Get Rid of Stress” program includes:
(A) Zen Now: Stress-relief meditation
When you tap Zen Now, you will open a short guided meditation audio. These guided meditations last 5–12 minutes and help you:
• Quickly release stress
• Regain calmness
• Refocus your emotions

(B) Secrets of Stress: card-based self-reflection exercise.
When you tap Choose cards, you enter the card-selection page.

How it works:
• You choose any card

• Jungji displays the metaphorical meaning of the card
• You write your reflections and relate them to your situation

• It is saved as a stress diary entry
This is not tarot, but a metaphorical therapeutic exercise helping you identify the source of stress. This program consists of 6 card selections (1/6 → 6/6), each offering a different insight.
(C) Stress Diary
After writing your reflection for each card, you can revisit them in Read Diary. This diary helps you:
• Reflect on what causes you stress
• Observe emotional changes over time
• Understand how you react in different situations
10. The “My Journey” Page – Your development journey
The My Journey page summarizes your entire development picture, including personality results, burnout level, daily energy, and other personal data. It is a space that allows you to reflect on your journey visually and systematically.
The My Journey page includes:
• Your personality map
The top section displays your personality circle, consisting of multiple groups such as:
◦ Analytic
◦ Visionary
◦ Achiever
◦ Syncronizer
◦ Innovator
◦ Stoic
The score for each group reflects how strongly you embody each trait. It provides an overview of your personality structure.
• Read more about your profile
Below that, you can review your main personality type (Your type).
◦ Example: Stoic
Tap to reread the detailed analysis of your personality, needs, and stress factors.
• Burnout Score (Your current burnout level)
The next section displays your latest burnout score.
◦ Example: Burnout Score: 58%
The color bar below helps you clearly visualize your level of burnout: from mild → moderate → high. This is an important indicator for monitoring your long-term wellbeing.
• Battery Today
Next is your logged energy level for today, recorded from the Statistic or Today page.
◦ Example: Your battery today: 70%
This indicator helps you track your energy over time and understand factors influencing your daily state.

11. The “Statistic” Page – Emotional data & charts
The Statistic page helps you review your entire emotional and energy journey over time. It provides the long-term picture of your wellbeing, rather than just momentary feelings.
.
When you tap Log Battery, you will go through the following screens:
• The screen where you slide to choose your energy level.

•The screen where you choose your Mood and adjust its intensity (percentage).

• The screen where you choose “Areas of life”: the aspects of life affecting your emotions (e.g., work, relationships, health…)

•Emotion note (optional): write down your thoughts or feelings
These logs are saved as history for you to review anytime.
What is the Statistic page used for?
• Record your daily energy and emotions through Log Battery
• Compare today with previous days through Weekly/Monthly charts
• Identify when you tend to feel stressed or most energized
• Identify factors affecting your emotions through Trigger Analysis and Emotion Analysis
• Build a clear data foundation, helping you improve your wellbeing proactively instead of relying on vague feelings.
When you first start using Jungji, the Statistic page only displays the Log Battery button and the steps for recording energy and emotions. At this stage, the app does not yet have enough data to generate detailed insights.
However, after using Jungji consistently for about 3 days, the system starts aggregating your data, and the Statistic page will automatically expand into a full analytics dashboard. At that point, you will see:
• Weekly/Monthly energy charts
• Top emotions
• Top emotional triggers
• Program progress
• Comparison of weekdays vs. weekends
In other words:
• Days 1–2: Statistic page = a place to log data
• From day 3 onward: Statistic page = your wellbeing analytics hub based on real data

This allows you not only to record emotions, but also to start seeing patterns and factors influencing your wellbeing.
12. The “Profile” Page – Personal information & settings
The Profile page is where you manage the basic information of your Jungji account. Here, you can:
• View and edit personal information such as your name or profile picture
• Check the language currently used in the app
• Review your selected role (Manager or Employee) to understand which guidance is personalized for you
