The following Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you and Jungji Smart Teknology, PT.

1. What We Do

Delivering personal health solutions through Jungji.

We provide access to interactive content designed to assist you in applying techniques in a systematic manner without relying on subjective assessments of your personality, behaviour or other personal attributes. This assists in clarifying mental, emotional or spiritual aspects of life, thereby helping you to enhance awareness, emotional intelligence, capability and personal autonomy. By commencing your journey with Jungji, you may transform your life and become more confident and fulfilled.

The techniques, exercises, meditations and games provided within the Jungji Mini‑App are based on content validated by scientific methods.

The Jungji Mini‑App does not impose any particular mental state, restriction, barrier or condition.

The Jungji Mini‑App is not a tool, vehicle or medium for propagating or proselytising any concept, belief, philosophy, spiritual practice or religion.

Jungji is a mini‑application provided and developed by Jungji Smart Teknology, PT (“Jungji” or “we”) with the assistance of qualified industry experts (the “Jungji Mini‑App”). We offer accessible tools and support intended to contribute to the development of emotional intelligence, wellbeing and personal growth. We are here to inspire, guide and share in the enjoyment of your unique journey towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms and Conditions shall also apply to other Jungji platforms offering Services similar to the Jungji Mini‑App, and in such cases the term “Jungji Mini‑App” shall be deemed to refer to the relevant platform unless the context requires otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions govern the Services and/or content made available through our Website and the Jungji Mini‑App and apply to persons who access the Website or use the Jungji Mini‑App (collectively, the “Services”).

We encourage Users to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you have any concerns, you may cease accessing the Website and/or discontinue use of the Jungji Mini‑App.

Disclaimer: Jungji will rely on information declared or provided by the User and shall not be liable for any matters arising from the User’s breach as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Acknowledgement

By using our Services, you accept and acknowledge the application of our Privacy Policy. That Policy describes how we collect, use, store and, where necessary, transfer your information. It also explains how you may exercise control over your information and your rights under applicable data protection laws.

When using our Services through the Mini‑App and/or when making any purchases through third parties, including, but not limited to, the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, the terms and conditions of those third parties shall apply in addition to this Agreement.

3. Registration and Your Information

Providing the information required for the Jungji Mini‑App is important.

By providing such information, you agree to update it as necessary to maintain its accuracy, completeness and relevance. If you fail to do so, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. Jungji shall not be liable for any suspension or termination of your account. Accordingly, you agree and undertake not to claim any compensation, refund and/or any other form of claim, complaint or demand for damages (under any name) in such event.

You agree not to disclose your account password to any person and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all actions taken under your account, whether or not you have knowledge of them.

4. Who May Use Our Services

We do not target customers under eighteen (18) years of age or under the minimum age required by law in your country (the “Age Requirement”). You must meet the Age Requirement to use our Services.

If you do not meet the Age Requirement, please do not access the Website or use the App; otherwise you will be deemed to have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and such person will be bound by these Terms. Accordingly, the parent and/or legal guardian will bear all liability for any actions by you in connection with use of the Jungji Mini‑App.

5. Prohibited Uses of Our Services

Our Services are designed and provided solely for personal, private and non‑commercial use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if we suspect you are using the App for commercial purposes. By using our Services you agree, represent and warrant that, in the event of any breach of the User Agreement by you, (i) we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and shall have no liability for such suspension or termination; and (ii) you shall not seek any compensation, claim or legal action of any kind in such circumstances.

6. Fees / Charges

Jungji reserves the right to charge fees for the use of the Jungji Mini‑App in accordance with our policies as may be in effect from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we will not require your prior consent to update pricing; however, we will provide prior notice before applying such revised pricing. Continued use of the Services shall constitute acceptance of the revised pricing and you shall not be entitled to seek any compensation, refund or other remedy (by any name).

7. Automatic Renewals; Automatic Card Payments

Your bank card information is stored and used to process automatic payments under the terms of the Agreement by third‑party providers that assist Jungji Smart Teknology, PT in handling payments. The decision to make any payment, to accept an automatic renewal, or to take any consequential action is solely yours; Jungji is not responsible for such decisions and is released from any disputes arising in connection with your payments.

If you disagree with any charged payment, you may raise a dispute with the customer support service of the third‑party payment provider.

You may also lodge a complaint with your bank or payment service provider, who will inform you of your rights and the applicable refund timelines. If you wish to withdraw consent for automatic card payments, you may do so at any time within the settings of the applicable third‑party payment service. However, you remain obliged to pay all amounts due at that time.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Compensation

By using our Services, you agree and acknowledge that the Services are deemed to be ‘services provided immediately on an electronic platform,’ and therefore you have no right to refuse payment, nor shall any payments be refundable, except in the specific circumstances described in this document.

We do not retain any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, such information is provided directly to our third‑party processor. In such case, the payment service provider/third party (and not Jungji Smart Teknology, PT) will store your payment information.

9. Refund Policy

As a general rule, all fees related to purchases are non‑refundable and no refunds or credits are available for early cancellation of subscriptions. However, exceptions may apply where a refund request for a subscription is made within fourteen (14) days from the date of the transaction or where a refund is required under the laws of your country.

If you have accessed content provided as part of paid packages or subscriptions, a refund for the paid billing period is not possible. You are also responsible for managing your subscription renewals and recurring payments.

Subscribers who reside in the European Union or the European Economic Area are entitled under local law to receive a full refund without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the start date of the subscription. Please note that the 14‑day period commences when the subscription becomes effective. This right applies only if the user has not accessed the subscription or the content provided as part of the paid subscription.

Users are also responsible for managing subscription renewals and related payments.

Subscriptions will automatically renew until you cancel them.

All amounts payable will be charged as follows:

(a) For a one‑time purchase (e.g., a lifetime subscription) at the time of ordering;

(b) For monthly or annual subscriptions, at the commencement of the subscription and each time such subscription automatically renews for an additional period equal to the expiring subscription term, until you cancel it. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period you must cancel your monthly or annual subscription prior to its renewal.

10. Medical Disclaimer

The Services of the Jungji Mini‑App are not health services and are not intended to diagnose or treat any mental disorder, medical condition or psychological state.

Performing the recommended exercises and “conversing” with artificial intelligence does not constitute medical advice, and you will not receive medical recommendations or professional psychological counseling.

The Jungji Mini‑App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric consultation provided by qualified practitioners within their scope of practice.

The techniques presented in the interactive content may be practiced without any license.

You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional development, as well as for your choices, decisions, actions and their consequences.

11. The Use of the Jungji Mini‑App is Prohibited in the Following Circumstances

Use while under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or any hallucinogenic substances;

Having a diagnosis of, or exhibiting symptoms of, clinical depression (for example, but not limited to: persistent low mood, despondency, anxiety, fear or apathy, loss of interest in life and usual activities, unwarranted guilt, pessimism, concentration difficulties, fatigue or lack of energy, sleep and appetite disturbances, or suicidal tendencies).

12. Warranties and Disclaimer

Jungji Smart Teknology, PT provides the Services on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis in accordance with applicable law and makes no express, implied or statutory warranties with respect to the Services (including all content), in particular any implied warranties of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.

Jungji does not warrant that:

The Services will operate without interruption or error;

Any defects or errors in the Services will be remedied immediately;

The content or information you receive through the Services is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or free from error.

The Jungji Mini‑App does not provide any express or implied guarantee of achieving results from the use of the product and interactive media content. The Jungji Mini‑App, the employees of Jungji Smart Teknology, PT, and content providers shall not be liable for any actions taken or for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from any Services provided by the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you fully release Jungji Smart Teknology, PT, its agents, representatives, successors, employees, service providers, independent contractors, and assignees from any claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Jungji Mini‑App.

13. Ownership Rights in Content Provided by Jungji Smart Teknology, PT

Provided that you comply with these Terms, Jungji Smart Teknology, PT grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable and non‑sublicensable right to download, view, copy and display proprietary Content in connection with the authorized use of the Services, solely for your personal and non‑commercial purposes.

The Jungji Mini‑App is not a professional training tool. You undertake not to provide services to third parties based on knowledge obtained from using the Mini‑App’s content. If you do provide such services, you shall be solely responsible for the correctness and quality of those services.

14. You May Not

Copy, modify or create derivative works based on the Mini‑App;

Distribute, transmit, sublicense, lend or rent the Mini‑App to any third party;

Redesign, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Mini‑App;

Provide the Services of the Jungji Mini‑App to multiple users in any form;

Any conduct similar to, or having the same effect as, the acts listed above.

15. Updates and Release of New Content

Jungji Smart Teknology, PT is the creator and distributor of proprietary content.

Updates to content and the creation of new content elements are carried out in accordance with the company’s internal workflows and do not constitute an obligation to release new content according to any specified schedule or quantity.

16. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following acts:

Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any Content that infringes upon, misuses or violates intellectual property rights, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other rights related to publicity or privacy;

Violate or encourage any conduct that may breach applicable laws or regulations or give rise to civil liability;

Commit fraud, impersonation or distribute misleading information;

Publish defamatory, indecent, pornographic, obscene or offensive content;

Foster discrimination, racism, bigotry, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or organization;

Engage in violence, threats or encouragement of violent acts against any person or organization;

Promote illegal or harmful activities or substances;

Use display screens or any personal elements within the Services, the name ‘Jungji Mini‑App’, trademarks, logos or proprietary information owned by Jungji Smart Teknology, PT, or the layout and design of any page or form contained therein, without prior written permission from Jungji Smart Teknology, PT;

Access, interfere with, or use password‑protected areas of the Services or the Mini‑App’s computer systems;

Attempt to probe, scan or test the security of any systems or networks of the Jungji Mini‑App or to breach security or authentication measures;

Bypass, circumvent, remove, deactivate, impair, decode or otherwise defeat any technological measures implemented by the service providers of the Jungji Mini‑App or any third parties (including other users) to protect the Services;

Attempt to access the Services or to search for or download aggregated Content from the Services by any mechanism, software, tool, agent or device (including robots, crawlers, spiders, data‑mining tools, etc.), except for software and/or search tools provided by the Jungji Mini‑App or other public third‑party web browsers;

Send any advertising, promotional materials, emails, unsolicited messages, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorised solicitation;

Use any meta‑tags or hidden text or data employing Jungji Smart Teknology, PT’s trademarks, URL, logo or product names without express prior written consent from Jungji Smart Teknology, PT.

Do not use the Services for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms;

Do not forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or use the Services in any manner to send altered, misleading or deceptive origin information;

Do not attempt to decrypt, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise reproduce any software used to provide the Services;

Do not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, by sending viruses, creating excessive traffic, or sending spam or mailbombs to the Services;

Do not collect or store any personal information from other users of the Services without their express consent;

Do not misrepresent or falsely state your affiliation with any person or organisation;

Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations; nor encourage or permit any other person to perform any of the acts described above.

17. Links to Third‑Party Websites or Resources

The Services and the App may contain links to third‑party websites or resources. We provide such links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products or services available on such websites or resources. You acknowledge that you assume sole responsibility and all risks associated with your use of any third‑party website or resource.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any matters relating thereto shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the dispute arises.

19. Arbitration Agreement

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, their breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity, or the use of the Services, Products, or Content (collectively, the ‘Disputes’) shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to:

1. Bring an individual action in small claims court;
2. Seek injunctive relief or any other equitable remedy from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights;

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting the foregoing, you also have the right to commence court proceedings if you notify Jungji Smart Teknology, PT in writing of your intention to bring legal proceedings by sending an email to support@jungji.net within thirty (30) days from the date on which you agree to these Terms.

Unless we receive from you written notice objecting to arbitration within thirty (30) days, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to waive the right to resolve any Dispute in court, except as expressly provided in paragraphs (a) and (b) above.

Furthermore, absent a written agreement between you and Jungji Smart Teknology, PT, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claim and may not conduct any form of class, consolidated or representative proceedings.

If any specific provision of this ‘Dispute Resolution’ section is found to be unenforceable, then the entire ‘Dispute Resolution’ section shall be deemed invalid. Except as provided above, the ‘Dispute Resolution’ section shall survive the termination of these Terms.

20. General Provisions

No waiver: any failure by Jungji to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of Jungji’s rights or remedies.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with all supplemental provisions as may be amended by Jungji from time to time, constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Jungji with respect to the Services.

Severability: If any provision or portion of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision or portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.”

Updates and Notices Regarding the Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change our User Agreement, Privacy Policy and any other documents at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of such changes via the contact information you provided during registration.
